職務說明:

1.Manages the local country organizations within a defined cluster (region).
2.Is responsible for the integral P&L on country / cluster level.
3.Defines commercial and organizational strategy to achieve targets.
4.Interface between Head Office and the local markets, point of contact for business reviews.
5.Actively seeks optimization in structures, processes and resources, leading to focus on the customer and the consumer.
6.Has an active role to maximize the overall company results (and not just the local market).
7.Responsible to drive engagement and succession planning in the team; drives performance management.
8.Manages the commercial functions (sales, business management, trade marketing, OFSE in the assigned area in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues and to ensure the right organization and structure is in place for delivering the objectives.
9.Develops and drives credibility and long term relationship with the customers in the assigned area, to fulfill longterm objectives.

專長條件:
1.Master in Business Administration/Marketing or has reached this level through another form of training or experience.
2.10+ years of experience in senior management role with multi-national / multi-functional experience, General Management and Sales Director experience
3.Excellent negotiation skills, strong communicator.
4.Leadership skills and people manager – also recognized externally.
5.Conceptual skills.
6.Strong financial and logistical understanding, legal awareness.
7.Networker and team player.
8.Develops people.
9.Fluency in English (speaking/writing), international experience, culturally sensitive.
